Internet Privacy Statement. Together with
the Policy on Collection and Use of Personal
Information, this privacy statement discloses
the privacy practices for Women's Camp.
Information Collection
and Use
Women's Camp is the sole
owner of the information collected on
this site or through the registration
process. We will not sell, share, or rent
this information to others in ways other
than those outlined in this statement.
Personal information provided
by users through the contact form will
be used by the Women's Camp board of directors
to improve this site and provide information
requested by the user. Information which
identifies a specific individual will
not be disclosed to others without the
user’s permission unless necessary
to provide services which the user has
requested.
Contact Form
It is optional for a user to complete
the Contact Us form. If a user chooses
to complete one, a user is required to
give certain information (such as name
and email address). This information is
used to contact the user about information
or camp sessions on our site for which
they have expressed interest.
Registration Form
Information collected via the mail-in
registration form becomes the sole property
of Women's Camp. This information is used
to send confirmation information via post
mail or email to the individual who has
registered. At each encampment, Women's
Camp provides each individual with a list
of all other campers present at a session
which the individuals are attending. This
list includes the names, address and email
address of all others in attendance for
sole purpose of social correspondence
after the camp session. If a camper does
not wish to have their information appear
on this list then it is up to that camper
to notify the Board of Directors at
the time of registration.
