Winter sessions.

8:00 am - a hot breakfast to start the day.
12:30 pm - lunch for ladies on the go.
6:00 pm - guaranteed to satisfy.
Snacks are provided and are available all day.
At the Fall and Winter sessions, dinner on Friday night is pot-luck.
If you plan to arrive by 7:00 Pm, please bring a dish to share
at supper. Don't forget to bring the recipe! When you fill in
your registration form, please let us know if you will bring a
main dish, salad, dessert, or whatever else you want. This information
helps us to prepare any additional food that may be needed.
Camp Kapers:
Like any camp or household; in order for things to stay clean
and functioning, certain jobs need to be done on a daily basis.
As a participant you will be asked to volunteer, along with others,
to complete assigned tasks or "kapers". Kapers may include
sweeping, setting tables, putting up the flag, keeping tissue
in the bathrooms, etc. Kapers and procedures will be explained
at the first meal. Jobs done by a lot of people are completed
quickly. We have not maids, housekeepers or custodians, so it
is up to all of us to pitch in and help.
Alcohol / Smoking Policies:
Alcohol is not permitted at Women's Camp or on the camp properties.
Smoking is also not permitted on camp property.
Health History:
You will be asked to fill out a brief health history form to
present to a staff member upon check-in. We need to have this
information on hand for any emergency circumstance. Be aware that
you are responsible for your own health insurance / health expenses
while you are at camp. We do have people who are certified in
First Aid and CPR on site. All information is kept confidential
and forms are shredded after the close of camp.

Insurance
Requirements:
Since Girl Scout insurance covers Women’s
Camp, all participants must be enrolled as Adult
Scouts. G.S. registration includes the period
October 1st through September 30th of every calendar
year.
If you are not currently a registered Adult
Girl Scout, please add $12.00 to your total camp
fee. G.S. registration forms will be provided
at check-in and your registration will be with
the Girl Scouts of Maine. This does not
obligate you in any way.
New Policy:
When leaving camp, please add your cell phone
number to the sign-out sheet and keep your phone
on at all times while off camp. This will enable
us to reach you in cases of emergency.
Benefit Auction:
At all Women's Camp sessions there are both live and silent auctions.
Campers can bring donations to be auctioned off and all proceeds
benefit the Eunice Anderson Campership Fund which provides financial
assistance to women who wish to attend Women's Camp but who cannot
afford the entire fee. Participation is voluntary and no donation
is too big or too small. The auctions are always a lot of fun
and a great opportunity to clean out that closet or basement.
Hand-made craft items are also appreciated.
Guests:
Guests are welcome at Women's Camp as long as they are female,
18 or older, and arrangements have been made in advance. They
will be charged for meals, lodging and activities.
Special Needs:
If you have any specific dietary or health needs
that must be met, please contact
us as soon as possible with the information
so that we may try to accomodate you.
